RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Harp Design Co, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Our attention to detail in construction, design and material is unwavering. And so is our commitment to our customers satisfaction.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

We will accept returns for new, unused products and issue a full refund or exchange. Please note that refunds are only issued within 30 days of delivery and proof of purchase is required. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

When returning an item, please email service@harpdesignco.com with your order number and further instructions will be given to you. We ask that you pack your return securely and retain your shipping receipt for your records. Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued assuming there are no damages to the product.

RETURNING FURNITURE

Furniture orders are put on the build schedule immediately upon order, and specific wood orders are placed to have the furniture built to your specifications. Furniture orders can only be cancelled or changed without penalty within 72 hours of purchase. Furniture orders cancelled after 72 hours but before 30 days can be refunded, but a non-refundable 10% fee will be charged. Furniture orders cancelled after 30 days but before time of shipment will be charged 50% of the original cost. All lead times are estimates and refunds will not be issued based on lead times. After shipment, your table cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If your table is delivered damaged, please see our Table Warranty for our table repair or replacement policy. 

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes/colors of t-shirts and customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. In order to process an exchange, send an email to service@harpdesignco.com with your request and order number.

For all other exchanges, simply return your item and then place a new order for the item you’d like in exchange.

FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items purchased are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All prices online are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
