What is it like working at Harp Design Co?

When we think about how we want to spend the rest of our lives, we usually think of things that make us happiest. We may then consider what will make us the most money. Though both of those decisions matter when choosing a career, at Harp Design Co., we’re looking for people that want to put their fingerprint on something big while growing in their personal talents.

From the outside, it may look like we are just woodworkers but we have a full office staff, storefront staff, small-goods craftspeople, large-goods craftspeople, and a warehouse staff.

We’re comprised of all ages, backgrounds, and career paths. For example, one of our employees was a college professor and another was a florist before coming to work for us! We are so grateful to have such a diverse talent under one roof-- It really drives our business in a direction that it otherwise wouldn’t be able to go in.

We have been in business about 8 years and are still growing. Meet some of the team
Each and every one of our employees have a fingerprint on the heart of this company and perhaps that's the joy of working here.
