I really like the look of the Dolomite Container. It fits perfectly with my decor. One of the white containers arrived chipped on the bottom. I immediately sent an picture and email to Harp Design asking if I should send it back or the best way for them to replace it. I received a reply stating that a replacement would be sent “today or tomorrow “ I meant to save the email so I could follow up, but somewhere I accidentally deleted it. I have not received a replacement. The defect can not be seen so it will be fine if I never receive a replacement. I’ll leave this review and possibly the emails can be found and a replacement sent. I don’t like giving Harp Design a bad review because I understand that mistakes are made and things fall through the cracks. I also respect the work they do. However, I may not order from them again.
